It is a condition of acceptance of this web site that the Association does not assume any responsibility or liability for any loss or damage which may result from any inaccuracy or omission in this web site, or from the use of the information contained herein and the Association makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to any of the material contained herein.

Refund Policy

All member payments are non-refundable subject to the exception below:

If a member seeks to cancel or withdraw their application for membership, a refund will be given up to seven (7) days after the payment is made, less an administration fee of $50.

If membership is cancelled for any reason whatsoever by the Master Plumbers including for breaches of the Code of Conduct, impropriety, bringing the Master Plumbers and/or its members into disrepute then no refund will be given.

Note that in the event of a lapse or cancellation of membership the Master Plumbers reserves the right to notify any business alliances of the lapse or cancellation so that lapsed or cancelled members cannot continue to take advantage of the benefits offered by such alliances and reserved solely for Master Plumbers members.
